Accessibility

Inclusive by design

01. Introduction

Level 20 recognises and values the provision of information on this website in a format which is accessible to all users, regardless of ability or disability.

We have created this website with the goal of meeting the requirements of the level 1 and 2 criteria of the World Wide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) 2.0 guidelines.

02. What is web accessibility?

Web accessibility means that people with disabilities can use the web. More specifically, web accessibility means that people with disabilities can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with the web, and that they can contribute to the web. Whatever browser or device, whether a desktop computer, smartphone or tablet, the experience has been designed to be as consistent as possible.

Accessible websites prioritise clear content, structure and ease of navigation.

For more information about the guidelines issued by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to remove barriers to accessibility, visit Web Accessibility Initiative at the W3C.

03. Changing text size

It is possible to change the text size for all websites you visit within your browser settings. The technique for doing this is subject the browser that you use and should be available to adjust within the browsers settings options.

04. Difficulty downloading or viewing certain documents from the website?

Certain documents require specific programs installed on your computer in order to view them. For example .pdf documents require the Adobe Reader program which you can download from www.adobe.com.

05. Which web browsers are best for viewing the website?

This website is designed to function on the most up-to-date version of the following desktop browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
