“As part of my own development, I was able to participate in group mentoring programmes and also more recently, one on one mentoring programmes. I think that has brought me a lot because it’s always great to be able to compare notes with
people at other firms, hear their experiences, take their advice sometimes, being able to just ask questions to someone who is not in your organisation is always very valuable. And as much as I love having a mentor within my own firm, I really appreciate being able to have a mentor also outside of my firm.”
